From Suspension bushings to high tensile front fork machining, we offer wide range of tubular machined components such as Outer tube & inner tubes for suspension assemblies, forged chassis levelling sleeves, sleeves for engine mounting assemblies etc.
These precision tube components are produced using different grades of Tubes – CEW, CBQ, Seamless etc ranging from OD 4.76 mm to 100 mm with thickness varying from 0.5mm to 8 mm.
We have complete set up for precision machining – BLM Make CNC Cutting, Chamfering machine, CNC turning lathes, VMCs and SPMs.
We produce close to 2 Million Tube components every month.
Sheet Metal Parts
We offer a diverse range of sheet metal automotive parts. Our offerings includes fly wheel magneto cups, magnet case, heat sink brackets, spring seats, knuckle brackets, pipe cans, hinges etc. Our components are made using various grades of material – SS 202, SS 304, MS, SAPH 440, various grades of Aluminium etc.
Deep drawn component is our expertise. Parts are produced using auto feeder blanking and advanced dies – progressive tooling.
Our dedicated tool room and design team enables for faster development of tools and Dies.
We are one of largest manufacturer of Magneto cup in entire India.
Fabricated assemblies
From making simple bending components to complicated welded assemblies, we have in house infrastructure and capability to produce parts as per customer requirement.
All the child parts required for assemblies are made in house using latest technology.
We use most advanced Tube laser cutting machine, Tube bending machines and robotic welding for producing precision assemblies.
